Mackintosh provides free global shipping on orders above £300, €350, US$400, ¥60,000 or the equivalent exchange-rate value. The published benefit can apply to a Malaysian delivery address when the selected product and destination are accepted.
Mackintosh sends global orders on a delivered-duty-paid basis, meaning customs and duties are included in the delivered order arrangement. This can remove a variable import charge for a Malaysian customer, although the product price, delivery threshold and checkout currency still apply.
Mackintosh advertises free exchanges and returns and allows customers 30 days after receipt to request one. Items must be unworn or unused, tagged, in original packaging and supported by proof of purchase; accepted returns receive an authorised label.
