Customers whose software or digital-media purchase was processed by Cleverbridge can use its global Purchase Lookup service to recover order information such as a licence key, invoice, activation code or download link. The service is available to Malaysian buyers with a qualifying order, subject to identity and order verification.
For many subscriptions billed through Cleverbridge, the payment-confirmation email includes a link for cancelling an upcoming renewal or managing subscription settings online. A Malaysian customer can use this global self-service route when the original merchant has enabled it.
Cleverbridge provides an online refund-request process for eligible orders after checking the merchant, purchase date, payment method and order details. If a full refund is approved and confirmed by email, the associated licence is permanently deactivated.
